Accessibility at Our Offices:

• The company’s offices are wheelchair accessible.

• Accessible entrances are located near  Pekris Street and Mada Street in the Science Park, Rehovot.

• An operations manager is present on the ground floor and can provide guidance to the elevators.

• Accessible restrooms are available on the 5th floor near the company’s office. You may also ask the operations manager in the lobby for assistance at any time.

• The building entrance and approach routes are accessible. An accessible elevator leads directly to our offices.

• Waiting areas and service counters are designed for accessibility.

• Staff members are available to assist with any need.

• Individuals with visual impairments may enter the premises accompanied by a service animal.

• Assistive hearing device ("induction loop") is available on the 5th floor.

• If necessary, assistance can be arranged in advance by contacting our accessibility representatives (details below).

Website Accessibility:

Our website complies with Israeli Standard 5568 – Guidelines for Web Content Accessibility at Level AA, and follows the WCAG 2.0 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) issued by the W3C.

Verbal Delivery of Information:

You may request that forms or documents be read aloud by a service representative either in person or by phone, with explanations adapted to your needs.

Staff Training:

Our customer service team undergoes training to ensure they have practical tools for providing accessible service.
